NEW ANPR CAR PARK EQUIPMENT IS NOW IN OPERATION SO PLEASE SEE HERE
Follow city centre signs marked TW to find your way to our 1,000 space secure car park. Sat nav for our centre is WF1 1QQ (follow the signs when close). The main entrance is on Marsh Way (A61) and it is open 24 hours.
Car Park Entrance
There is also a car park entrance by Asda Living. Disabled parking is located on the ground floor car park outside Sainsbury’s and wider parent & child parking bays are located on the ground floor by Next and Asda Living, so it’s best to use the Asda entrance for all of those spaces.
You can access via the ramp if you enter the lower ground level via Marsh Way too. Careful though, height restrictions of 2.1m apply throughout the car park and unfortunately we cannot accommodate oversized vehicles
Payments
Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) is now in operation. Here’s how it works.
The new system will mean you won’t need a ticket on entry – then before you leave just visit a new pay station. Type in your car registration and it’ll tell you how much you owe, then pay before you leave via card or contactless only.
It’s all via the magic of number plate recognition on entry!
That means when you drive up to leave, the barriers will read your registration plate and lift automatically.
If a plate can’t be read, you’ll be given a paper ticket on entry. Keep this safe, then scan it when you want to pay and then scan again at the exit barriers.
During busy periods, you can also validate your Sainsbury’s discount voucher and pay anything you owe at the exit barriers. It’s best to use 1 of our 5 pay stations, but this is also an option when it’s busy. Please have a payment card ready in case you need to pay anything extra.
As always, it’s all payments by card, contactless or smartphone only please.
Like a deal?
Just spend £10 or more in our Sainsbury’s and make sure you get an additional receipt when you pay – this is your 2 hours’ discount and has a barcode on to scan at the pay station to get your parking discount. This means £2 will be deducted from your total parking charge when you scan it.
For it to work, please go to a pay station before you leave, type in your vehicle registration to see how much you owe, then scan your barcode from the additional receipt from Sainsbury’s. Pay any extra you owe, if necessary, then you’re good to go! Any probs, just hit the help buzzer.

Motorbikes & Cyclists
Motorbikes can park here for free, we suggest using the Asda Living entrance and buzzing the car park barrier on arrival (please don’t try and squeeze through). The largest motorbike parking area is behind the car park pay stations near Sainsbury’s, by the tall pink elevator block. There are also a limited number of spaces on the left as you enter.
There’s space for up to 100 cycles to park for free around the centre too. The height restriction of our car park is 2.1 metres, please don’t try to get in if your vehicle is higher.
10 minutes free discretionary parking
We do offer a maximum of 10 minutes free discretionary parking for dropping off or collecting people from the centre. Make sure you definitely stayed less than 10 minutes and head straight to the exit barrier (rather than pay station as you would normally). But please note that any stay beyond 10 minutes will be subject to standard charges. Any probs, just hit the help buzzer at the barrier.
