Step into the festive magic as Santa’s grotto opens for the first time!

Enjoy a fun-filled early evening meeting the mischievous Trinch, cosplay Anna & Elsa, the Mos Eisley Misfits Star Wars  costume group, elves and an exciting fire-breathing display.

Plus we’ll be illuminating the lights for the first time at around 5pm. Several big stores and cafes open until 7pm.

Friday 14th November

3pm to 7pm

  • Mos Eisley Misfits Stars Wars cosplay character crew (from 4pm)
  • Santa’s grotto opens for the first time.
  • Meet the mischievous Trinch
  • Meet the elves and join in with elf crafts – 3pm to 5.15pm break for half an hour then 5.45pm to 7pm
  • Meet cosplay Anna & Elsa – 3pm to 4.30pm break for half an hour then 5pm to 7pm
  • Fire breathing display with Up In Smoke

Saturday 15th November

11am to 3pm

  • Free Santa’s grotto open
  • Meet the mischievous Trinch
  • Meet the elves and join in with elf crafts – 11am to 12.30pm half an hour break 1pm to 3.30pm
  • Meet cosplay Anna & Elsa – 11am to 1pm half an hour break, then 1.30pm to 3.30pm
  • Stilt walking snow queen

Sunday 16th November

11am to 3pm

  • Free Santa’s grotto open
  • Meet the mischievous Trinch
  • Meet the elves and join in with elf crafts – 11am to 12.30pm, half an hour break, then 1pm to 3.30pm
  • Meet cosplay Belle & Cinderella – 11am to 1pm Half an hour break 1.30pm to 3.30pm
  • Stilt walking snow queen
