Join us for a massive, free night of fun as we launch Christmas at Trinity Walk on Friday November 17, 2023.

We’ll be joining the rest of Wakey city centre in switching on our lights at 5pm with loads of free entertainment before and after.

Santa will be opening his grotto for free visits from 3pm to 7pm in the Christmas zone near The Entertainer and GIVEBOX.

The Mos Eisley Misfits 2021 Star Wars cosplay crew will be on patrol looking for pictures with fans from around 4.45pm to 7pm (with breaks) led by the legendary Chewie.

And Up In Smoke will be dazzling visitors with fire breathing and stilt walking at various slots from 4pm onwards until around 7pm.

Free face painting will be on offer from 3pm to 7pm too!

Many stores will be open until 7pm with loads of other activity taking place in the city centre – and to find out more about that head over to Experience Wakefield

Huge Light Up displays will be running in the city centre including LEAP which will be projection mapped in the cathedral precinct on the building opposite Costa.
