Christmas Launch at Trinity Walk

Join us at Trinity Walk for the launch of Christmas over an entire weekend of free fun, kicking off with switch-on night.

We’ll be illuminating our lights at the same time as the rest of the city centre at 5pm, with free fun before and after. Parking just 50p after 6pm too.

Friday 15th November: 3pm to 7pm

  • Meet Santa in his grotto and received a small gift
  • Meet the mischievous cosplay Grinch
  • Set phasers to fun with the Mos Eisley Misfits Star Wars costume group
  • Fire breathing display
  • Free face painting
  • Switching on the new Christmas lights

Saturday 16th November: 11am to 3pm

  • Meet Santa in his grotto and received a small gift
  • Meet the mischievous cosplay Grinch
  • Snow Queen Stilt Walker
  • Crafts and glitter tattoos with our Elves
  • Free face painting

Sunday 17th November 11am to 3pm

  • Meet Santa in his grotto and received a small gift
  • Meet the mischievous cosplay Grinch
  • Snow Quen Stilt Walker
  • Crafts and glitter tattoos with our Elves
  • Meet and greet with Elsa & Olaf and Belle & Beast
  • Free face painting

**Visits to our grotto are free but donations are gratefully received for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.
